TYPE OF PARAMETERS IN REVIT
This part contains the principle of operation of properties in a general way by software. We differentiate for example in the software a native built-in property with or without predefined mapping to IFC, a custom property (without default mapping), we also differentiate the IFC properties / attributes that are not managed by text information but directly by the geometry (type of operation for a window in Revit, Qto properties …). These descriptions are associated with each property of each object, which will allow you to know in which case you are in from a property selected in an object.
You can consult the different cases via the menu on the right under “property type in Revit”.
