Algemeen
Een veiligheidsarmatuur is bedoeld om kunstlicht te verschaffen en de gebruikers in geval van nood de weg te wijzen. Ze kan de armatuur zelf omvatten, maar ook de lamp(en), transformator, dimmer(s) en andere accessoires.
